For more than 10 years, I have always had great experiences with my eye exams as Dr. Teddy Chung is very detailed, knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. This month, I purchased a new pair of glasses from Wink Eyecare since my prescription changed. Rachael was more than accomodating to my numerous questions and requests. She provided excellent insights on frame styles and progressive lense variances and types. Her follow through on measurements, timing and communication was perfect. I am very pleased with how my new glasses work for me and want to thank Rachael for handling everything so well.

My family and I have been going to Wink Eyecare for about a decade and have always been 100% satisfied with the care and advice. We've seen both Dr. Teddy Chung and Dr. Niki Meleknia, and can't recommend them highly enough. The entire team is great, and the store itself is lovely. I recently swapped out the lenses in my glasses as the frames are perfectly fine. They were ready the same day. Tip-top service indeed!

I went there for an eye related emergency. They were able to see me for an emergency exam within an hour. Dr. Doris was very professional, nice and explained in simple words what I needed to know about the problem with my left eye. Thank you. I am definitely returning with my whole family.

I recently went to Wink Eyecare to have my glasses reframed with my new prescription. I had the most wonderful experience at their location. It’s such a cute spot with the most friendly employees. I was helped by Samantha who was truly just a delight. She was so sweet and so kind, very patient and made my experience amazing. I was also helped by Shannon who was so incredibly nice. She helped tighten my current glasses and I had such a great chat with her. Samantha and Shannon both made my first visit one to remember, I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

Excellent help from Dr Chung. I went from a badly prescribed pair of glasses from another place in Oakville to being able to see perfectly for the first time in a long while! He completely understood my slightly different situation after having Lasik 30 yrs ago and now I have the right prescription finally.
